Product Introduction

Through long-term practice, it has been proven that there are four main hazards in today's water systems: scaling, corrosion, sludge, and microbial growth. The water quality issues of water systems, especially circulating water systems, are often comprehensive. The limitations of single device functions cannot be solved by the water treatment equipment used in the past, so further practical technology is needed to solve them. Our company has designed and manufactured a comprehensive water treatment system by combining high-frequency technology with electric magnetic field effects to address different issues such as electrochemical corrosion, scaling, and bacterial and algal growth. We have employed a combination of multiple frequency bands and electrostatic high voltage.

Working principle
The comprehensive water treatment plant first adopts high-frequency technology, which utilizes the action of high-frequency electric field force to activate water and remove Ca in the water2+、 Mg2+The movement speed of ions decreases, and it reacts with CO in water32-、 SO32-The effective collision frequency of plasma decreases, and the electrostatic attraction decreases, so it cannot scale on the heated wall or pipe surface, thus achieving the purpose of anti scaling. High frequency electromagnetic fields increase the penetration and solubility of force, and vertically penetrate the weak links of scale on the metal surface to the metal surface. Then, they begin to penetrate horizontally along the metal and scale surfaces, causing the scale to detach from the metal surface in a sheet-like form, thus achieving the purpose of scale removal. The micro electric environment can inhibit the growth of microorganisms and destroy their living environment. In addition, the reactive oxygen species generated during the operation of the equipment have the ability to damage biomolecules, alter the biological field of fungi and algae, and achieve the purpose of sterilization and algae elimination. Secondly, the composite filtration system (surface filtration principle, multi-media composite layer, electric energy magnetic field effect) is used to adsorb and capture suspended iron and manganese ions, bacterial and algal colloids, etc. in water and discharge them from the system, achieving the effect of ultra clean filtration.

equipment operation
① In order to facilitate equipment installation and maintenance, the top of the main body and the larger outer diameter need to be at least 400mm away from other equipment.
② Do not turn on the device for a long time without water.
③ The equipment should be installed in a bypass manner to meet the needs of maintaining the equipment and backwashing the filter body without stopping the machine.
④ Discharge rate: When the new system is first used, it should be backwashed 1-2 times a day. After normal operation, backwash should be carried out when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.03-0.06Mpa. For heavily polluted systems, a mixture of air and water should be used for backwashing.
⑤ Backwash: Open the main valve, drain valve, close the inlet valve of the equipment, and perform reverse flushing of the filter body. The backwash time depends on the water quality and is generally around 30 seconds.
⑥ After reviving the filter body, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is restored to the original pressure difference, the inlet valve is opened, the main valve and drain valve are closed, and the 220V power supply is connected to make the equipment work normally.
